10 pieces of advice on how to take care of your whole body skin

Rule 1

To keep your epidermis healthy and healthy, do not go out in the sun without protection. Apply a sun lotion with an SPF that is adapted to your type of epidermis. Reapply it regularly. It is also strongly recommended to remain out of the sun during the hottest time of the day.

If you use items that are too harsh, your epidermis can become extremely dry and feel very uncomfortable. The best items to use: Lipid-rich cleansers.

A shower is better for your epidermis than a shower, which tends to dry out the epidermis. Create sure that the mineral water is warm, rather than hot. For shower lovers, it is ok to take a shower from time to time. However, do not remain in the mineral water for too long!

Before you get out of the shower, rinse your human whole body off really well to eliminate all records of your washing product. Then, quickly dry your epidermis by carefully drawing your legs, chest, arms, etc. with your soft towel. Do NOT strongly rub your epidermis until it is dry.

Actually, the cool temperature, as well as the wind and sun, usually dry out the epidermis, leaving it feeling uncomfortably tight and prickly. As soon as the temperature begins to drop, ensure that that you outfit cordially. And do not ignore to secure your hands!

I drink a lot of water

A healthy and healthy, well-balanced diet is not only good for your whole body, but for your epidermis as well. Each day, you should eat five vegetables and fruit, which are loaded with antioxidants.  This will help you maintain wonderful, healthy and healthy epidermis.

If you get enough rest, your epidermis will look radiantly healthy! Your human demands a certain amount of rest to remain healthy: 7, 8, 9 time... Actually, our rest specifications are determined by our genes.

Rule 10

Stop smoking!

Do you smoke? Cigarette smoking is very bad for your epidermis. It leaves the skin tone looking dull and lackluster and causes the epidermis to quickly age.  This is a very valid reason for putting out your last cigarette, do not you think?
